I first noticed Paul Bettany in A Knight's Tale, in which he co-starred alongside Heath Ledger. Without Bettany, that film would've been nothing, but just another film with a pretty boy. Bettany brought smart (not stupid) comedy and was a joy to watch as he is a pretty handsome man. He also starred opposite Kirsten Dunst as a pro-tennis player whose career is on the verge of early retirement in Wimbledon. but enough of this. Paul Bettany is starring in both Firewall and The Da Vinci Code this year. In The Da Vinci Code, Bettany plays Silas the Albino. I still haven't gotten past the first chapter of that book.

Could Paul Bettany be starring in the next Batman film? He is rumored to be playing the Joker, but Bettany states that no one has approached him about the film so it will remain a rumor for now, but wouldn't it be interesting and amusing if it were true?
