Coming this Tuesday (June 20th) is the album Declare A New State from The Submarines. With similarities to The Like Young and Stars, this is bound to be one of the best albums of the summer. The opening track "Peace & Hate" draws likeness to The Postal Service, and starts out softly and then gradually increases in the chorus. "Clouds" is one of Blake's solo tracks off the album, and is probably the most beautiful. Highlights of the album include "The Good Night".
